Tahoe! Come join us on March 6–8th for the first stop of our Human Powered Snow Tour, a grassroots gathering of the snow-sliding community.
Our ambassadors will be leading a weekend of party laps, hang outs and gear fixin’, from a group ride at the resort, to a day touring in the Tahoe backcountry with Nick Russell, to a night of sharing stories at Truckee’s Alibi Ale Works.
Connor and Zahan Billimoria will also be presenting “Terrain Between My Ears,” a deep-diving discussion about risk management in the backcountry and how to enter the mountains with a naturalist mindset.
The Worn Wear crew will also be at the Patagonia Palisades Tahoe store all weekend, so bring by any clothes (of any brand) that need fixing. You can even learn some repair skills yourself, and trade in lightly used Patagonia gear for store credit.

A note for the community: Although we're looking forward to hosting panels and on-snow events this weekend, we know that the snow community is also grieving multiple profound losses. We want to approach every event with empathy and respect, holding space for that grief while allowing for intentional conversations around risk and the deeper philosophies behind the mountain sports we love, which can bring both joy and tragedy.
